I was a first time home buyer and was using Sara Thorpe around the Bryant and LR area. Sarah, along with the entire team was very helpful and available for my plethora of questions and concerns! I wish I could post some pictures of her in knee deep water at a particular property with drainage issues! She paddled thru water while carrying a child to meet me (completely wet) to look at a house - that I was not going to buy because of the drainage issues! She wouldn’t have let me buy it either to be clear!

I NEVER expected such a pleasant house buying experience! Elizabeth was the best! She worked a long distance home purchase for me using my family as the "lookers" on my behalf. We looked in far apart areas and at a wide variety of homes. She was ALWAYS there...making those last minute offers, sharing the ones that got away and giving straightforward agent information. I never felt like she was JUST a buyer in agent, she was like a eL Estate Warrior in heels...or maybe a Real Estate Fairy Godmother who makes Ur dream home come true. That may be a bit overstated but....without l NEVER would have made it through the process as an out of state first time buyer. Had trouble getting in touch with the right people to purchase a new condominium unit. Called Jordan on a Sunday he had me putting a bid in by the end of the week. Easy paperwork mostly online. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Little Rock area.

It’s been almost ONE YEAR since we closed on our home in WLR. Sara Caple was SO helpful when we were selling our first home! Anytime I had any questions or concerns, she answered me promptly and always eased my worries!
